Role Overview:

The Procurement / Sourcing Head is responsible for sourcing and procuring critical components, such as electrical and control parts for EandC, Solar, and R&D; projects. The role involves collaborating closely with engineering teams, managing vendor relationships, ensuring alternate sourcing strategies, and mitigating supply risks to support organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Procurement of EandC/Solar/R&D; Components:
Source and procure electrical and control components to meet organizational needs.
Develop and implement alternate sourcing strategies to mitigate supply risks and ensure uninterrupted production.
Coordination with Engineering Teams:
Collaborate with engineering teams to align procurement efforts with technical specifications.




Address any deviations in requirements and resolve technical issues with suppliers to ensure seamless integration.
Vendor Management & Negotiation:
Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with reliable suppliers for EandC components.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to secure favorable agreements.
