We are seeking an experienced Electrical Designer with a background in commercial office construction and robust MEP coordination knowledge. You will design power, lighting, and low-voltage systems for corporate interiors and core-and-shell projects. This role requires seamless collaboration with architects and MEP teams to deliver code-compliant, conflict-free construction documents.Core Responsibilities
Design power distribution, lighting, and grounding systems for commercial office spaces.
Develop schematic drawings, one-line diagrams, and layouts using Revit MEP and AutoCAD.
Coordinate electrical designs with mechanical and plumbing layouts to eliminate spatial conflicts.
Perform load calculations, voltage drop analyses, and equipment sizing tasks.
Ensure full compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local building rules.
Key Qualifications
Experience: 3+ years in commercial electrical design or tenant improvement (TI) projects.
Software: Proficiency in Revit MEP
