Basic Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in: Electrical Engineering,/Mechanical engineering with first class with minimum 60%of marks.
o Overall work experience: Minimum 6 years relevant experience with bachelor’s degree or 8 with Diploma with wiring harness design/support preferably in Heavy Equipment /Automotive /off highway equipment’s o CAD Tool:
o Experience in routing and modification using Creo cabling o Capital Harness system (CHS) Experience, including:
Position Specific Duties - This position requires an extensive experience in the field of Harnesses Design & Development
Very valuable understanding of Electrical schematics and Electrical Topology
Extensive hands-on experience on ECAD tools like Capital harness and Creo Routing Design
Must be aware of load calculations & fuse selections basics
Exposure to Electrical components selection criteria & exposure to Design of Electrical sub-systems
Required Skills are- Knowledge of Electrical design Fundaments.
Should have exposure of working on 3D CAD modeling and wiring harness drawing creation.
Expertise in Creo/cabling- and Siemens Capital Harness System (Logic/Integrator Plane/ Harness XC Module)
