MNCAS Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Electrical Automation Engineer to handle electrical design, automation programming, panel systems, machine integration, testing and site commissioning for industrial automation projects.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop electrical control and automation systems.
PLC programming, troubleshooting and system modification.
HMI and SCADA development and configuration.
VFD, Servo Drive and Motor Control integration.
Electrical control panel design, wiring and testing.
Prepare electrical drawings, schematics, BOMs and documentation.
Selection of electrical and automation components.
Perform machine wiring, cable routing, termination and harnessing.
Conduct panel inspection, testing and troubleshooting.
Support machine assembly and automation integration.
Perform FAT, SAT and functional testing.
Handle machine installation and commissioning at customer sites.
Troubleshoot electrical and automation-related breakdowns.
Coordinate with mechanical, design, production and project teams.
Provide technical support during project execution and commissioning.
Technical Skills
PLC Programming – Siemens / Mitsubishi / Allen-Bradley / Delta or equivalent
HMI & SCADA
VFD & Servo Drives
Sensors, Encoders & Industrial Instruments
Electrical Control Panels
AutoCAD Electrical / EPLAN knowledge preferred
Industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, Profinet and Ethernet/IP
Electrical Wiring & Troubleshooting
Machine Automation & Commissioning
Qualification Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics or related engineering discipline.
Experience
2–5 Years of relevant experience in industrial automation, machine automation, electrical control systems or special-purpose machines.
Preferred Candidate
Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
Valuable understanding of industrial electrical standards
Hands-on experience with automation projects
Ability to work independently at customer sites
Willingness to travel for installation and commissioning
Positive communication and project coordination skills
