Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly driven and strategic Product Manager to join our team in Bangalore. You will be responsible for shaping and executing the product roadmap, with a focus on delivering cutting-edge features and scalable solutions for our global EOR platform.

Key Responsibilities:
Define and drive the product roadmap in alignment with business goals.
Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to launch current features.
Gather and analyze feedback from users, stakeholders, and market trends.
Translate product requirements into detailed user stories and specifications.
Monitor product performance and iterate based on data-driven insights.
Ensure compliance with global employment regulations through product features.

Requirements:
5+ years of product management experience, ideally in HRTech,



SaaS, or FinTech.
Strong understanding of global payroll, compliance, or EOR systems is a plus.
Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a quick-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
Based in Bangalore or willing to relocate immediately.
