Responsibilities
Individual Contributor Role
Generate new leads and acquire customers.
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct field visits and product demonstrations.
Build relationships with Farmers, Dealers, Distributors, and Channel partners.
Manage customer follow-ups and payment collections.
Track market trends and competitor activities.
Candidate Requirements
1–3 years of field sales experience.
Experience in Agritech, irrigation, pumps, electrical, or related sectors preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Must be willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Mandatory Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
Target-oriented and self-driven.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
