Job Title: Data Entry Contractor

Key Responsibilities
Learn and follow a structured data entry process through hands-on training.
Review documents and accurately enter, verify, and validate health insurance quote information.
Process a high volume of cases while maintaining exceptional accuracy and quality.
Compare outputs between the existing workflow and a current tool under evaluation, documenting any differences in a feedback sheet.
Follow established checklists and standard operating procedures.
Communicate proactively by raising questions whenever clarification is needed.
Meet productivity and quality expectations while working independently.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent English reading and writing skills.
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.




Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, spreadsheets, and basic computer applications.
Ability to quickly learn recent tools and processes.
Robust organizational and time management skills.
Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently.
Prior experience in data entry or administrative support is preferred but not mandatory.

Additional Information
Immediate joining preferred.
Must be available to work during US Eastern Time business hours.
Contract duration is open-ended and expected to continue for a few months based on business requirements.
Comprehensive training will be provided; no prior health insurance industry experience is required.
