Role Description The Digital Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in South Delhi/Noida. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across channels including social media, search, email, and paid media.

The Digital Marketing

Manager will oversee brand presence and engagement, manage content calendars, coordinate with creative and product teams, and ensure consistent brand storytelling. Day-to-day tasks include tracking performance metrics, managing budgets, driving lead generation initiatives,



and using data insights to improve campaign effectiveness. The role also involves staying current with digital trends in beauty and lifestyle, identifying recent growth opportunities, and supporting overall marketing strategy.

Qualifications
Solid Digital Marketing skills, including campaign planning, execution, and optimization.
Experience in Social Media Marketing and Marketing, with the ability to build brand awareness and engagement.
Proficiency in Lead Generation strategies to grow customer acquisition and retention.
Ability to use Web Analytics tools to interpret data, generate insights, and refine marketing tactics.
Relevant experience in beauty, lifestyle, or consumer brands preferred.
Comfort working on-site in South Delhi and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
