Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including social media, email, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and content marketing.
Content Creation: Create high-quality, engaging content for various digital channels, including blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters, and landing pages.
Social Media Management: Manage and maintain the company's social media presence, including creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and analyzing engagement metrics.
Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
SEO and PPC: Optimize website content for search engines and manage PPC campaigns to drive traffic and generate leads.
Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze digital marketing metrics, including website traffic, social media engagement, email open rates, and conversion rates.
Budget Management: Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure effective use of resources.




Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative, to ensure alignment and maximize impact.
Staying Up-to-Date: Stay current with the latest digital marketing trends, best practices, and technologies.

Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media, email, SEO, and PPC.
Skills:
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing software.
Robust understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
Excellent content creation and writing skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced setting and meet deadlines.
Certifications: Google Analytics certification, HubSpot certification, or other relevant digital marketing certifications.
