We're looking for a results-driven Ecommerce Executive to take ownership of our digital revenue engine. This is a high-impact position where you'll maximize profitability across our current ecommerce channels while building and scaling recent revenue streams. If you live and breathe conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and bottom-line growth, this is your role.
This is a pure revenue-driving position. Every decision you make should move the needle on sales.
What You'll Own
Managing & Optimizing Current Channels
Launching & Scaling Recent Revenue Channels
Strategic pricing optimization and promotional strategies
Inventory management and SKU optimization to match demand
Marketing performance analysis and budget allocation
Partner with Marketing to drive acquisition and brand performance
Work with Ops/Logistics to ensure fulfillment excellence and cost efficiency
Align with Finance on revenue forecasting, margin targets, and ROI analysis
What We're Looking For
2+ years in ecommerce roles (pure ecommerce focus, not traditional retail)
knowledge of ecommerce metrics, analytics, and optimization
Solid understanding of major ecommerce platforms and marketplaces
Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and improve profitability simultaneously
Self-starter mentality with the ability to operate independently and solve problems creatively
Skilled in Excel & Reporting
Experience in D2C brands is plus
Familiarity with marketplace algorithms and optimization (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
