We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience to plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of driving ROI across performance marketing, SEO, email, and social media. Prior experience managing US-based clients or US market projects is strongly preferred, requiring a deep understanding of US consumer behavior, time zone flexibility, and localized content strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Performance Marketing:
Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end paid search (Google Ads) and paid social campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn) targeted at US audiences.
Manage monthly ad budgets, monitor Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and optimize conversion funnels.
SEO & Content Optimization:
Conduct keyword research, technical SEO audits,



and on-page optimization targeted toward local and national US search trends.
Oversee content schedules, landing page creation, and email marketing copy tailored to North American tone and messaging standards.
Analytics & Client/Stakeholder Reporting:
Track and report campaign performance metrics using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Search Console, and CRM tools.
Communicate campaign insights, strategy adjustments, and ROI reports directly to US stakeholders or executive leadership.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with graphic designers, copywriters, and web developers to build high-converting landing pages and creative ad assets.
Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify current growth channels within the US market.
