Job Summary

ERPdaddy is looking for an ERP Implementation Consultant / ERP Coordinator who can handle ERP implementation projects, coordinate with clients and internal teams, and ensure successful delivery of ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end ERP implementation and coordination
Understand client business processes and map them to ERP solutions
Configure ERP modules as per requirements
Coordinate between clients, functional consultants, and technical teams
Prepare functional documents (BRD, FSD, workflows, user manuals)
Support data migration, testing, and UAT
Provide user training and post-go-live support
Manage issues, change requests, and enhancements





Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Accounting, or related field
2–6 years of experience in ERP implementation or ERP coordination
Experience with ERP systems such as Odoo / SAP / Oracle / Dynamics / NetSuite
Valuable understanding of business processes (Finance, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, HR, Manufacturing)
Robust communication and client-handling skills

Preferred Skills
Experience in an ERP consulting company
ERP certification (Odoo / SAP / Oracle / Dynamics)
Knowledge of integrations, reports, or basic SQL

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
