Manage end to end Distributor Full & Final (F&F;) settlement process, ensuring timely closure of distributor accounts.
Verify and reconcile outstanding balances, claims, incentives, security deposits, credit notes, and other financial transactions.
Coordinate with Sales, Commercial, Finance, and other stakeholders to obtain approvals and resolve settlement discrepancies.
Prepare F&F; settlement workings, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements.
Maintain settlement trackers, monitor ageing cases, and provide regular MIS reports on settlement status and pending actions.
