Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and driven Export Documentation Executive who will play a key role in managing our international shipment documentation. The ideal candidate is someone who understands the world of exports, takes ownership of their work and ensures every document is accurate, compliant and on time.
Prepare and manage all export documents including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin and shipping instructions
Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHAs, transporters and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely shipment execution
Coordinate with international clients and vendors regarding documentation requirements and shipment updates
Ensure all export documentation is compliant with international trade regulations and company procedures




Maintain and organise export files and shipment records systematically
Track shipments and proactively follow up to ensure timely delivery and documentation closure
Support the export team in managing LC documents, bank submissions, and other trade finance paperwork where required

Key Skills Required
Sound knowledge of export documentation and international trade procedures
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and qualified email communication
Solid attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously
Valuable coordination and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy under pressure

Experience
1 to 3 years of experience in export documentation or international trade operations
Prior experience in an export house, trading company will be a strong advantage

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, International Business, Marketing or a related field
MBA in International Business or Marketing will be an added advantage
