Internship description *

Job Summary:

The role involves ensuring smooth execution of financial transactions, optimizing operational processes, and providing clients with strategic advice aligned with their financial goals and business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Financial Operations Oversight:
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of financial transactions, reconciliations, and reporting.
Monitor operational workflows and escalate potential issues to ensure SLA compliance.
Assist in account opening and shares transfer.
Advisory & Strategy:
Analyse financial data and operational metrics to provide actionable insights to clients.
Support clients in optimizing their cost structures, budgeting, and process improvements.
Compliance & Risk Management:
Ensure all operations adhere to regulatory standards and internal policies.
Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks related to client accounts.




Collaboration & Reporting:
Work closely with the finance, operations, IT, and compliance departments to deliver seamless service.
Prepare and present periodic reports on client activity, satisfaction, and performance.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
NISM Certification is preferred.

Key Skills:

Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in financial software and CRM tools
Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance
