We are looking for a passionate, creative, and result-oriented Event Manager to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and execute corporate, social, cultural, and government events from concept to completion.
Meet clients, understand their requirements, and develop creative event concepts and proposals.
Prepare event budgets, timelines, production schedules, and project plans.
Coordinate with vendors, artists, venues, production teams, decorators, and technical partners.
Lead event setup, rehearsals, execution, and dismantling while ensuring quality standards.
Manage client communication and maintain strong long-term relationships.
Handle procurement, negotiations, and vendor management.
Ensure smooth coordination among internal departments and external stakeholders.
Solve in office challenges efficiently under pressure.
Maintain event documentation, reports, and post-event evaluations.
Support business development by identifying recent opportunities and assisting in client presentations.

Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Relevant certifications in Event Management are an added advantage.
