Role & responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities
Conduct geological mapping, logging, sampling, and interpretation of geological data.
Prepare and update geological models, resource estimates, and reserve calculations.
Monitor ore quality and grade control to ensure optimum mine production.
Support mine planning teams by providing geological inputs for short-term and long-term mining plans.
Plan and supervise exploration activities, including drilling, trenching, and core logging.
Analyze exploration and production data using geological software and recommend improvements.
Coordinate with mining, survey, quality, and production teams for smooth execution of mining activities.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, mining regulations, and environmental standards.
Maintain geological databases, reports, maps, and documentation.
Identify prospects to optimize resource utilization and minimize ore dilution and losses.
Manage geological contractors, laboratories, and external consultants when required.
Prepare monthly MIS reports, resource updates, and technical presentations for management.
