Job Purpose To manage day-to-day accounting operations, process payments, maintain accurate financial records, and support statutory compliance and financial reporting.
– Accounts Executive
Handle day-to-day accounting entries, including purchase, sales, receipts, payments, expenses, and journal entries.
Verify and process vendor, contractor, and Head Office payments as per approved documents and payment schedules.
Prepare payment vouchers, invoices, debit/credit notes, and other accounting documents.
Maintain vendor, contractor, customer, and other ledger accounts and conduct regular reconciliations.
Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) and monitor outstanding payments and receipts.
Assist in GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliance and maintain relevant records.
Coordinate with Purchase, Projects, Stores, HR, and other departments for accounting and payment-related requirements.
Prepare monthly MIS, payment statements, outstanding reports, and other management reports.
Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documents for audit and statutory requirements.
Ensure timely and accurate accounting entries in Tally/ERP/accounting software.
Qualification & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
3–5 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance, preferably in the Construction, Infrastructure, Engineering, Railway, or Project-based industry.
Valuable knowledge of Tally/ERP, MS Excel, accounting principles, GST, and TDS.
Experience in vendor/contractor bill verification and payment processing will be preferred.
Positive numerical, analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounting activities and meet deadlines.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
