Job Title: Field Sales Executive – Plywood

Job Responsibilities
Visit dealers, distributors, hardware stores, plywood shops, architects, interior designers, contractors, and builders to generate sales.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and current customers.
Promote the company’s range of plywood, laminates, MDF, hardware, and related products.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer requirements.
Ensure timely order collection and coordinate with the dispatch team for deliveries.
Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain healthy customer accounts.
Prepare daily visit reports and submit sales activity updates to management.
Participate in product demonstrations, exhibitions, and promotional activities when required.

Requirements
Graduate (preferred).




1–3 years of field sales experience (experience in plywood, laminates and hardware.
Robust communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Valid two-wheeler driving license and own vehicle preferred.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and mobile reporting applications.
