Factory Manager – Hyderabad & Bangalore We are a quick-growing cold-pressed juice manufacturing company seeking an experienced Factory Manager to lead end-to-end factory operations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily production and factory operations
Ensure production targets, quality, hygiene, and food safety compliance
Lead manpower planning, shift management, and team productivity
Minimize wastage and improve operational efficiency
Coordinate with Procurement, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain
Ensure adherence to SOPs, GMP, HACCP, and statutory regulations

Requirements
5–7 years of experience in manufacturing operations
Experience in Food Processing, Beverages, FMCG, or Fresh Produce Manufacturing preferred
Robust leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills
Hands-on experience managing shop-floor operations and production teams

Location Hyderabad & Bangalore
Note: Candidates from manufacturing industries only will be considered. Experience in service, IT, fintech, or non-manufacturing sectors is not relevant.
