Field Sales Executive at Leading Gold Finance Company

We are seeking a Fresher Graduate to join our team as a Field Sales Executive at a leading Gold finance company in Hyderabad. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for visiting client locations for Gold loan sales deals, communicating and pitching Gold loan products, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You will also be expected to build and maintain relationships with key customers, identify new business opportunities, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Visit client locations for Gold loan sales deals
Communicate and pitch Gold loan products to customers
Check Gold quality and handle documentation processes
Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders
Identify and pursue recent business opportunities




Provide product training and demonstrations to customers
Meet and exceed sales targets
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

Requirements

Requirements:
Graduation completion
Local candidates only
Up to 27 years of age
Fluency in the local language
2-wheeler and driving license (to be obtained within the first 2 months)
Willingness to visit client locations for sales and deal closure
6 days working with 1 rotational week off
