Responsibilities
Conduct Group training and floor training sessions
Guide members on workouts, exercise form, and fitness routines
Help members stay motivated and achieve their fitness goals
Maintain a positive and professional gym environment
Build strong relationships with members
Requirements
Passion for fitness and helping people transform their health
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of strength training and functional workouts
Ability to work with different fitness levels and age groups
Positive attitude and professional behavior
Prior gym or fitness training experience is preferred
