We are an early-stage company with a live product, real distributor nodes, and a founding team with deep fintech and technology experience. Role Description:

This is a paid, full-time in office internship based in Bengaluru, with a transparent path to full-time employment based on performance. As a Field Sales Intern at TurboPay, you will work directly with our CEO and senior sales team, getting hands-on field experience selling to FMCG distributors and retailers across Karnataka. This is not a desk role — you will be generating leads, giving demos,



and closing sales from day one. What You'll Do:

Generate leads and identify prospective FMCG distributors across Bengaluru

Visit prospects in the field, demonstrate the TurboPay app, and close sales

Onboard recent clients and ensure a smooth handover to the implementation team

Manage and grow relationships within an existing base of active customers

Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets

Must know Kannada (spoken)
