Compensation:
Fixed Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Incentives: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per booking sourced via CP
Travel Reimbursement: Local travel actuals or ₹3/km (bike preferred)

6 days a week (weekends mandatory; Mondays off)

Role Purpose To drive channel partner (CP) activation and sourcing in Pune’s micro-markets, while also handling customer site visits on weekends and as required.
Key Responsibilities
Visit and engage with CPs across Pune (West, East, South, and ROM) with a target of 6+ CP meetings per day.
Share pricing, onboard CPs via CRM, and ensure smooth registration, training, certification, and commission disbursal.
Onboard and build relationships with 100+ CPs within 30 days.
Plan and execute CP-focused roadshows to drive outreach.
Generate 8–10 site visits per week through CPs.
Call 15–20 qualified leads per day (inbound and CP-referred).
Attend 3–6 weekend site visits per week and assist in closures.
Maintain accurate daily call logs and CP tracker with 100% CRM compliance.
Candidate Profile – Must Haves
Experience: Prior experience in a builder or mandate firm, specifically in CP sourcing.
Market Knowledge: Solid understanding of Pune’s East and West micro-markets and ability to stay updated on market trends.
Communication: Solid stakeholder engagement skills; comfortable making 30–40 calls a day (to CPs and buyers).
Languages: Marathi (preferred), along with Hindi and English.
Tech Skills: Basic knowledge of CRM and Excel/Google Sheets.
Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
