Key Responsibilities
Coordinate shipments with shippers and carriers
Build and manage a reliable carrier network
Negotiate freight rates and terms
Track shipments and resolve issues
Communicate with customers and provide updates
Ensure compliance with U.S. regulations
Maintain accurate documentation and reports
Required Qualifications
6+ months experience in U.S. freight brokerage/logistics
Knowledge of freight processes and regulations
Robust communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work night shifts in a rapid-paced setting
Familiarity with load boards, freight systems, and MS Office .
Ability to commute/relocate:
Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
