Rent An Attire is looking for a energetic and fashion-forward Styling Assistant / Fashion Consultant to join our retail team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about fashion styling, client experience, and luxury ethnic wear.

As a Styling Assistant, you will work closely with clients to help them select and style outfits for weddings, pre-wedding events, and special occasions while also supporting store operations and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities
Client Styling & Consultation – Assist clients in selecting and styling outfits for weddings, receptions, cocktail parties, and special occasions.
Customer Experience – Provide personalized styling recommendations and ensure a seamless in-store experience.
Sales & Target Achievement – Work towards achieving individual and store sales targets through effective styling and customer engagement.
Visual Merchandising (VM) – Maintain attractive store displays and ensure outfits are presented in a visually appealing manner.




Inventory Management – Manage outfit availability, track inventory movement, and coordinate outfit returns and maintenance.
Order Management – Handle bookings, rentals, fittings, and delivery coordination for clients.
Store Operations – Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the store including trial management and client follow-ups.

Skills & Requirements
Passion for fashion styling and luxury ethnic wear
Solid client handling and communication skills
Understanding of fashion trends, color coordination, and styling
Experience in retail fashion, boutique, or styling roles preferred
Ability to manage sales targets and customer relationships
Basic knowledge of inventory management and visual merchandising
