The Trims & Accessories Incharge is responsible for planning, receiving, inspecting, storing, issuing, and controlling all garment trims and accessories required for production. The role ensures the right materials are available at the right time, in the correct quantity and quality, while maintaining accurate inventory records and minimizing wastage to support uninterrupted production.

Key Responsibilities
Material Planning & Coordination:- Coordinate with Merchandising, Purchase, PPC, and Production departments regarding trims and accessories requirements. Prepare material requirement plans based on production schedules. Ensure timely availability of all trims and accessories before production starts.
Receiving & Inspection :- Receive all incoming trims and accessories from suppliers. Verify received quantities with Purchase Orders, Delivery Challans, and Invoices.
Store Management:- Arrange materials systematically according to item category. Ensure proper identification and labeling of all materials.




Material Issuing :- Issue trims and accessories only against authorized requisitions. Ensure correct quantity is issued according to BOM (Bill of Materials). Maintain issue records. Coordinate with Production for urgent requirements.
Documentation:- Maintain records including: Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), Material Issue Slips, Bin Cards, Stock Register, Daily Stock Report, Monthly Inventory Report, Rejection Report, Supplier Delivery Status, Material Consumption Report.
