Technical and Functional knowledge:
Positive knowledge of Oracle HCM Fusion.
Need Oracle Workforce compensation
Excellent grasp on HCM Fusion Compensation module.
Good knowledge on Quick Formulas
Should have positive understanding on BI and OTBI reports.
Good communication skills.
Good to have:
Good in client management
Requirement gathering, delegation, work allocation, tracking, estimation and timely deliverables.
