Role Summary: The Strategy Head will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives and decision-making processes within the bank. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the financial industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the bank’s long-term goals and objectives.
Conduct thorough market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and growth opportunities.
Collaborate with senior leadership to define and prioritize strategic initiatives aligned with the bank’s mission and vision.
Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of strategic projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
Evaluate the performance of existing products, services, and business lines, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to senior management on the progress of strategic initiatives.
Stay informed about regulatory changes, industry developments,



and macroeconomic trends that may impact the bank’s strategic direction.
Adhere to all IRDA requirements raised by the Bank.
Prepare presentations, reports, and other materials to communicate strategic recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Requirements:
Post Graduate from Tier 2 / 3 College with relevant experience is preferred
5+ experience in Insurance sales strategy from a Bancassurance background, currently part of the bancassurance sales strategy for PAN India.
Minimum 3 Experience as Key account manager for any Big bank
Position to be based out of Kolkata.
Very valuable with PPTs and Excel
Domain knowledge – Bank Insurance programs
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Good analytical and reasoning skills to understand the gap between current business and potential business opportunities.
Persistent & Result oriented
Agility to perform in a highly competitive and agile setting.
