Responsibilities : Create and develop new knitwear designs as per market trends and buyer requirements. Prepare design sketches, tech packs, and sampling instructions. Coordinate with merchandising and production teams for sample development. Coordinate and ensure timely sample development by getting samples prepared as per design specifications. Select fabrics, colors, prints, and trims for current collections. Ensure designs meet quality and production feasibility standards.
Requirements : Minimum 1 year experience in garment / knitwear industry. Solid knowledge of fabrics, colors, and current fashion trends. Basic knowledge of design software. Creative mindset with positive coordination skills.
