Make sure that all blog posts, articles, social media content, and press releases are engaging, aligned with brand guidelines, and consistently reflect the organization's voice and values
Develop and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, internal teams, external partners, and global communications team.
Create content for press releases, newsletters, etc. by working with other stakeholders
Create escalation procedures for handling unfortunate situations like bad publicity
Develop and cultivate strong relationships with media representatives as well as identify prospects to raise our corporate image through such relationships
Respond to media queries and requests for interviews from press
Write and/or edit leadership communications, effectively capturing the voice and strategic priorities of the Promoters and the Leadership Team
