Role & Responsibilities:
Act as a liaison between insurance companies/law firms and hospitals, doctors, clinics, and other medical facilities.
Follow up on medical reports of patients discharged from medical institutes.
Ensure timely collection of medical documents and reports as per client-defined timelines.
Maintain explicit and skilled verbal communication with stakeholders in an international voice process.
Ensure accurate documentation and escalation of delays or issues as needed.
Requirements:
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Must be a graduate (in any stream).
Should be dedicated, punctual, and adaptable.
