Thecandidate shall be assisting the Business Advisory team on the followingFinancial advisory and Valuation assignments:
o Corporate transactions like Mergers &Acquisitions;, Joint ventures etc. o On various regulatory matters which includeFEMA, Transfer pricing etc.
o Provide assistance in fund raising activities o Assess fair market value of intangibles suchbrand value, customer contracts, patents, research and development, customerrelations, and other such intangibles
