We are looking for an experienced Google Ad Expert to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns for our clients in the E-commerce and Real Estate industries. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of generating high-quality leads, increasing online sales, and maximizing Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).

This is a part-time remote chance suitable for specialists who can independently manage campaigns, analyze performance data, and deliver measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max & YouTube).
Manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns for lead generation and e-commerce sales.
Create and optimize high-converting campaigns for Real Estate and E-commerce businesses.
Monitor campaign performance daily and implement optimization strategies.
Improve ROAS, reduce CPA/CPL, and increase conversion rates.
Conduct audience research, keyword research, and competitor analysis.
Perform A/B testing of ad creatives, copies, landing pages, and targeting.
Set up and monitor conversion tracking using GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and Conversion API.
Prepare weekly performance reports with actionable insights.




Stay updated with the latest Google and Meta advertising trends and algorithm changes.

Preferred candidate profile
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to independently manage multiple client accounts.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Self-motivated and result-oriented.
Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar E-commerce platforms is an added advantage.
