About the Role

MasterPath is looking for motivated freshers and recent graduates who are interested in building a career in Full Stack Development.

The selected candidates will undergo structured practical training, project-based learning and performance evaluation to develop industry-ready technical skills.

Key Skills
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
Understanding of programming fundamentals
Basic knowledge of Python / Java / any programming language
Logical thinking and problem-solving ability
Willingness to learn new technologies

What You Will Work On
Front-end and back-end development
Building responsive web applications
Working with databases and APIs
Developing and testing application features
Real-time project assignments
Debugging and improving applications
Working with development tools and workflows

Fresh graduates
Final-year students / recent college pass-outs
Candidates with basic programming knowledge
Candidates looking to start a career in software development

Compensation ₹5,000 – ₹10,000 per month initially and after successful completion of the training/internship program, subject to performance and final selection. Compensation may be revised upward based on individual performance, skills, and role offered.
