Assist the inspection, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems including motors, switchgear, transformers, and lighting systems.
Comply with plant safety protocols and electrical safety standards while working on energized and de-energized systems.
Develop practical knowledge of wiring, circuit troubleshooting, cable termination, earthing systems, and use of electrical tools.
Assist senior electricians in diagnosing and fixing electrical faults and equipment failures.
Learn to perform routine maintenance checks, insulation testing, and equipment servicing.
Help in keeping records of maintenance schedules, breakdown history, and safety checklists.
Participate in the installation and commissioning of current electrical systems and equipment.
