Implementation & Centre Management (40%)
Supervise the daily operations of the Silai training centre, tracking trainee attendance, retention, and training quality.
Procure and manage center inventory, including sewing machines, fabrics, tools, and maintenance supplies.
Coordinate with the technical tailoring instructor to ensure the curriculum timeline is strictly maintained.
Maintain comprehensive documentation, including trainee profiles, progress reports, and course metrics.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
