Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate the service team during daily operations. Ensure smooth and productive restaurant service. Welcome guests and ensure excellent customer service. Take food and beverage orders and ensure accurate service.
Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams for timely order delivery. Monitor table setup, cleanliness, and service standards. Handle guest queries, complaints, and service-related issues professionally.
Train and guide F&B; Associates and Stewards. Monitor staff grooming, discipline, and attendance. Ensure proper billing and payment procedures. Upsell food and beverage items whenever appropriate. Maintain service quality and follow company SOPs.
Assist the Restaurant Manager with daily operations and staff coordination. Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and food-service standards. Support opening and closing procedures and daily outlet checklists.
