Role Description The Food and Beverage Attendant is a full time, on-site role based in New Delhi, responsible for providing courteous and effective service to guests throughout their dining experience. Daily tasks include greeting and seating guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring tables and service areas are clean, organized, and properly set.

The role involves coordinating with kitchen staff to deliver orders accurately and promptly, handling basic billing and payment processes, and responding to guest inquiries or concerns in a professional manner.



The attendant supports overall restaurant operations by restocking supplies, following hygiene and safety standards, and maintaining consistent service quality.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Food & Beverage and Food Service to support effective and high-quality guest service.
Candidates should possess skills in Food Preparation to assist with basic preparation tasks and ensure proper handling of food items.
Candidates should possess robust Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
Relevant experience in a restaurant, café, or hotel environment is beneficial.
Ability to stand for extended periods, work flexible shifts (including weekends and holidays), and follow food safety and hygiene standards.
Basic numeracy and point-of-sale handling skills, along with a professional, respectful attitude toward guests and colleagues.
