About the Role

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to create designs for our marketing efforts including social media, website assets, paid ads, learning content etc.

Key Responsibilities
Design engaging static graphics for digital platforms, including social media posts, ad creatives, brochures, banners and emailers
Collaborate with copywriters and motion designers to create cohesive, visually appealing stories.
Assist in creating brand collateral such as certificates, letterheads, and website visuals
Maintain and evolve a consistent brand identity across all visual assets




Work closely with the Head of Branding to align designs with brand guidelines.
Partner with marketing teams to refine visuals for higher engagement and conversion
Stay updated on design trends to ensure fresh and cutting-edge creative output.

Requirements
A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or a related field (preferred, but not mandatory)
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
A robust portfolio showcasing brand design, social media creatives and marketing collateral
Deep understanding of typography, colour theory, layout and visual hierarchy
High attention to detail to deliver polished, pixel-perfect designs
Good to have: Experience working with Canva
Bonus: Knowledge of Figma and web/UI design principles
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Familiarity with brand consistency and storytelling through design
Ability to juggle multiple projects under tight deadlines
Aesthetic sensibility and problem-solving mindset
