Key Responsibilities




Operate and optimize Blast Furnace operations to achieve production targets.
Monitor and manage GCP and Sinter Plant operations.
Analyze process parameters and implement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
Coordinate with production, maintenance, and quality teams.
Monitor KPIs and drive continuous process improvements.

Requirements
B.Tech / M.Tech in Metallurgical Engineering (Mandatory).
6–10 years of relevant experience in Blast Furnace Operations.
Robust knowledge of Blast Furnace, GCP, and Sinter Plant processes.
Exposure to Steelmaking, Rolling Mill, Aluminium Melting, or Copper Furnace operations is preferred.
Positive analytical, problem-solving, and team management skills.
