GAG Coffee is looking for an experienced and passionate Head Barista to lead our café operations. If you have strong specialty coffee knowledge, leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Lead daily café operations and manage the barista team.
Prepare and serve high-quality specialty coffee consistently.
Train and mentor current and existing baristas.
Ensure beverage quality, recipe consistency, and presentation standards.
Manage inventory, stock ordering, and minimize wastage.
Maintain hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness as per company SOPs.
Monitor and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and café equipment.
Handle customer feedback and ensure excellent service.
Prepare daily operational and inventory reports.
Support new outlet openings and staff training when required.
Requirements
5+ years of café or specialty coffee experience.
Previous experience as a Senior or Head Barista.
Strong knowledge of espresso extraction, milk steaming, grinder calibration, and latte art.
Leadership and team management skills.
Positive communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.
