Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Recruiter to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the manufacturing sector, with a strong understanding of sourcing, screening, and hiring blue-collar and white-collar talent.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for manufacturing and corporate roles.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Coordinate joining formalities and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Build relationships with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements.
Maintain recruitment databases, candidate records, and hiring reports.
Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality hiring standards.
Participate in job fairs, campus drives,



and other recruitment initiatives as required.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
Experience hiring both blue-collar and white-collar employees.
Strong knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing techniques.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic HRMS tools.
Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements and meet recruitment deadlines.

Understanding of manufacturing workforce requirements and industry hiring trends.
Solid organizational and coordination skills.
Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
