We are looking for a skilled Industrial Spray Painter with 2–5 years of experience in industrial painting through manual spray gun. The candidate should have hands-on experience with spray painting equipment and a robust understanding of surface preparation, coating techniques, and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, blasting, or masking as required
Mix paints, coatings, and solvents according to specifications
Operate spray painting equipment such as conventional spray guns, sanding machine,
Apply primers, intermediate, and top coats to achieve desired finish and thickness
Inspect painted surfaces for defects and ensure quality standards are met
Maintain and clean painting tools and equipment regularly
Follow safety procedures, including proper use of PPE and handling of hazardous materials
Coordinate with supervisors and quality teams to meet production targets
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in industrial spray painting
Familiarity with surface preparation techniques like grid blasting , chemical cleaning.
Ability to read and understand technical specifications and work instructions
Basic knowledge of coating thickness measurement tools (DFT gauge, etc.)
Positive attention to detail and quality control
Physically fit and able to work in industrial environments
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in industries like heavy engineering or fabrication
Certification in industrial coating or painting techniques is a plus
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
