Bas Aise Hi by Shubhi is a lifestyle and stationary startup brand that is helping customers add up-to-date, bold and chic art to their everyday life. All our products have handmade designs by the founder Shubhi, the artist behind the brand and a former journalist well-known in the marketing and advertising industry. We are looking for highly-enthusiastic, eager to learn and ambitious people to join us and help take this business to the next level.

We’re looking for a graphic design + brand intern with a zest for beautiful designs for products and marketing for Bas Aise Hi. We’re a new design-led stationery and lifestyle startup and the role would present a lot of hands-on experience in different areas of design and the opportunity to grow and apply their skills in the real-time world. This role would also involve some brand related work beyond design, for which training will be provided. This is a work from home unpaid position for a month. There is an prospect to convert it into a longer term paid position at the brand for the right candidate at the end of the internship.

Qualifications

Requirements:
Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator,



Photoshop and other editing softwares
Knowledge of design principles
Familiarity with printing requirements of design
Familiarity with aesthetic and lively designs

Soft skills:
Fast learner
Attention to detail
Keen eye for design
Team player
Willingness to learn

Additional optional skills:
Basic knowledge of website design and content management system
Eagerness to come up with ideas of their own
Familiarity with social media and designing for it
