Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate onboarding
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards and social media




Conduct initial screening and interviews to assess candidate qualifications
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the recruitment system
Collaborate with the HR team to develop recruitment strategies
Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the company
Assist in the development of job descriptions and specifications

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Basic understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Prior internship or experience in HR is a plus (but not required)
