Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment:
Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting and sourcing candidates to interviewing, selecting, and onboarding.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and department goals.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
Utilize various channels such as job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and recruitment agencies to find candidates.
