Position Requirement
sCritical Skills (Must-Haves) :Telecom & Networking Domain Knowledge: A solid foundational understanding of networking concepts and the telecom industry is absolutely essential.Exceptional English Fluency: Impeccable spoken English skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.Pleasant Voice & Phone Persona: A warm, welcoming, and professional vocal tone that instantly builds rapport with listeners.Availability: Must be fully comfortable and available to work regular evening shifts
Good-to-Have Skills (Preferred)
:Excellent Diction: Clean pronunciation and a neutral accent to seamlessly communicate with a global audience.Prior Presales Experience: Previous exposure to lead generation, inside sales, or software/tech presales is a major plus
