– General Surgeon

Location:Ahmedabad

Experience: Fresher to 2 years after MS/DNB

Employment Type: Full time

Salary - Upto 2.5 Lac/ Month ( can increase as per experience)

Qualification
MBBS with MS General Surgery or DNB General Surgery
Valid medical registration with the applicable Medical Council
Freshers who have recently completed MS/DNB may apply

Key Responsibilities
Attend surgical OPD patients and assess their medical condition
Diagnose and treat general surgical cases
Perform common minor and major surgical procedures under hospital protocols
Assist or independently handle surgeries based on experience and clinical competency
Manage pre-operative and post-operative patient care
Attend emergency surgical cases when required
Conduct patient rounds and monitor recovery after surgery
Explain the diagnosis, treatment plan, surgery and possible risks to patients and their families
Maintain proper patient records, OT notes, consent forms and discharge summaries
Coordinate with anaesthetists,



physicians, nursing staff and other departments
Follow all hospital safety, infection-control and clinical protocols

Preferred Clinical Exposure

The candidate should have knowledge or practical exposure to cases such as:
Hernia
Appendix
Gallbladder
Piles, fissure and fistula
Abscess drainage
Wound suturing and debridement
Hydrocele
Cysts, lipomas and minor lumps
Emergency abdominal conditions
Pre-operative and post-operative management

Exposure to laparoscopic surgery will be preferred but is not mandatory for freshers.
