The Sales Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-performing sales professionals to drive company growth. This role requires a robust understanding of sales profiles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage the full recruitment cycle — from identifying talent to onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with sales leaders to understand hiring needs and define role requirements.
Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top sales talent (field sales, inside sales, channel sales, etc.).
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, employee referrals, and social media.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on experience, skills, and cultural fit.
Conduct initial interviews and coordinate further evaluation with hiring managers.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process — job posting, scheduling, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
Maintain and update recruitment databases and reports.
Build a strong talent pipeline for future sales openings.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Stay updated with current trends in sales recruitment and compensation structures.

Qualification & Experience:
MBA in HR
Minimum 10 years of experience in recruitment in retail segment (preferably with a focus on sales hiring)
Preferable in Building Materials
